Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Global Pricing Leader to shape pricing strategy across regions and drive bid success. You will lead a globally distributed team, manage pricing submissions for multinational clients, and partner with Sales, Finance and Ops to optimise profitability.

This senior role requires strong Excel modelling, stakeholder engagement and a track record of delivering commercial outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pricing, commercial finance, bid management or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex pricing modelling and customer-facing bid processes.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing submissions and commercial models for multinational bids, renewals and RFPs.
• Own global pricing strategy, governance, discounts and approvals.
• Maintain and enhance global pricing model with data integrity and governance.
• Manage a global pipeline of bids and pricing opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Technology and regional leaders.
• Provide commercial recommendations from profitability and market data insights.
• Lead customer-facing discussions and negotiations on pricing proposals.
• Input bid/no-bid decisions and complex opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
• Develop executive reporting on margin and pricing effectiveness.
• Design scalable pricing processes and automation initiatives.
• Build pricing capability via training and templates.
• Lead a globally distributed pricing team across NA, UK and APAC.
• Collaborate with regional MDs to optimise outcomes while preserving profitability.
• Represent FCM with customers and senior stakeholders across regions.
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive work environment.
