Job summary

Braze is seeking a People Solutions Generalist to support employee experience across the EMEA region and beyond. The role partners with the Senior Director, People – EMEA and cross-functional teams to drive policy, process improvements and compliant mobility workflows.

You will help plan and execute engagement surveys, performance reviews, and new regional programs, while growing your HR expertise in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior experience in an HR role.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness.
• Excellent organizational skills and service orientation.
• Experience guiding strategic thinking and decisions aligned with goals.
• Discretion with sensitive data and mature professional conduct.
• Proficiency in project management, analytics and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience and People team goals across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with divisions and stakeholders to plan and execute People initiatives.
• Assist with engagement surveys, performance reviews and process improvements.
• Lead complex global mobility and immigration cases with legal alignment.
• Develop regional policies and contribute to EU Pay Transparency efforts.
