Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Sr HR Business Partner - EMEA in London. You will own the HRBP Playbook, coach leaders across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and the broader region, and enable culture through learning, talent management and performance initiatives.

You will apply employment law across multiple jurisdictions, engage with works councils where applicable, and partner with DEI, analytics, and talent teams to scale GTM functions. This role is hybrid with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years as HRBP, with significant EMEA support.
• Strong employment law knowledge across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership and coaching to EMEA leaders across GTM functions.
• Guide on employment law and employee relations in multiple markets.
• Partner with DEI, talent management, and HRCOE teams to design programs.
• Use people data to inform decisions and drive organizational design.
