Job summary

OpenTable is seeking a Regional People Partner for EMEA in London. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, partner with regional leaders, and ensure compliant, people-first programs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in a bilingual bilingual capacity.

You will work with global HR teams to deliver scalable services, analyze workforce data, and foster an inclusive culture while managing complex employee relations and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partnering experience within a multi-country or global matrix organization.
• Demonstrated experience navigating HR practices, employment law, and compliance in Spain, Portugal, France or Italy.
• Fluency in English and business fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French or Italian.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end employee relations, organizational change, and performance initiatives.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday) and reporting/analytics tools (Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to deliver strategic guidance on employee relations, organizational design, talent retention, and performance management across EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and regional labor standards.
• Drive regional execution of talent programs, engagement surveys, compensation planning, and performance processes.
• Collaborate with global People & Culture, HR Operations, and Payroll for scalable HR services.
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable recommendations improving team effectiveness and manager capability.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution.
