Job summary

OpenTable is seeking a Regional People Partner for EMEA to drive strategic HR initiatives and provide advisory services across key European markets. This full-time role partners with regional business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals while navigating complex, multi-country landscapes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience navigating HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements in at least one of Spain, Portugal, France or Italy.
• Fluency in English and business fluency in at least one of Spanish, Portuguese, French or Italian.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partnering experience within a multi-country or global matrix organization.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD qualification or equivalent).
• Experience supporting cross-functional business units across broader EMEA territories (UK, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland).
• Proven experience using data-driven HR analytics to solve strategic business challenges and optimize people processes.
• Demonstrated capability in coaching people managers on leadership, team development, and conflict resolution techniques.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, matrixed, and scaling business environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic people initiatives and provide comprehensive HR advisory services across key European markets (EMEA).
• Partner with regional leaders and managers to align people strategies with organizational goals across multiple countries.
• Champion an inclusive culture and enhance the employee lifecycle across the region.
• Deliver strategic guidance on employee relations, organizational design, talent retention, and performance management across EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and regional labor standards; update policies and mitigate risk in key European markets.
• Drive regional execution of cyclical people programs: engagement surveys, talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management.
• Collaborate with global People & Culture, HR Operations, and Payroll teams to deliver seamless HR services.
• Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to deliver actionable recommendations that improve team effectiveness.
