Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to support HR services across Europe and EOR arrangements. You will manage employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits administration, immigration processes, HR systems, and compliance in line with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; equivalent combinations accepted.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in international HR management across European jurisdictions.
• Experience with European labor laws, EOR relationships, and cross-border employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European units and international EOR populations.
• Support onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding with accurate records.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation.
• Assist payroll and benefits by validating data and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal to resolve issues.
