Job summary

Braze is seeking a People Solutions Generalist to support employee experience across the EMEA region and beyond. The role partners with the Senior Director, People – EMEA and cross-functional teams to drive policy, process improvements and compliant mobility workflows.

You will help plan and execute engagement surveys, performance reviews, and new regional programs, while growing your HR expertise in a fast-scaling environment.

What the job involves

• As part of the Braze People team, the People Solutions Generalist will support the overall employee experience and the success of the People team by driving change across the department to meet business goals. The role will oversee the EMEA region and support People team functions that affect employees globally
• The role reports to the Senior Director, People – EMEA and works closely with divisions across the People team. It offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and build general knowledge and experience in People Operations
• Support company-wide initiatives, such as the engagement survey and performance reviews, by collaborating with stakeholders on planning, execution, and communication
• Assist with developing internal processes and programs, and revamp existing employee programs owned by People Solutions to ensure their continued effectiveness
• Oversee complex global mobility and immigration cases. Advise the business and internal People teams, handle intricate cases, and support smooth, legally compliant employee relocation and visa experiences
• Develop new regional policies and review existing policies
• Lead key workstreams, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive, in partnership with Legal and the Senior Director, People – EMEA
• Support the Talent Development team with employee-facing training when needed
• Support the company's expansion plans by collaborating with teammates and working with the Employer of Record
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and service delivery within the Shared Services model, providing efficient and exceptional support to employees and the business
• Collaborate with specialized People teams, People Business Partners, and other stakeholders on People team initiatives and ad hoc projects that support business goals
• Respond to employment-related inquiries from candidates, employees, and managers about complex or sensitive matters through the ticketing system and/or meetings. Topics include benefits, career development, leave of absence, policies, and relocation requests
