OneAdvanced Limited is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join a growing, global SaaS business. You will deliver accurate HR administration for our worldwide workforce and act as the first contact for employee queries, driving a positive experience.

You will manage offers, transfers, leavers, vetting, and HRIS data while collaborating with global payroll and accounts to ensure timely information. A proactive, detail‑focused professional thrives in this role.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR Shared Services or People Operations.
• Familiar with HRIS and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Helix).
• Strong communication and proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries and drive a positive experience.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including offers, transfers and leaver documentation.
• Oversee the internal ticketing system and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with global payroll teams to ensure timely information flow.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and data governance.
• Support vetting processes, employee files and statutory returns.
• Lead People Operations projects and drive automation and efficiency.
