Stanton House is partnering with a global professional services organisation on a major payroll transformation. They seek a Payroll Manager on a 12-month FTC to lead US/Canada payroll and support the global transition.

The role is UK-based, with a hybrid model requiring three days in the office and collaboration across North American time zones. UK start ASAP; salary £55k-£75k DOE plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing US payroll operations within a large global business.
• Experience balancing operational payroll leadership with transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in payroll projects, process improvement or outsourcing.
• Experience with payroll managed services implementations or vendor transitions; CloudPay a bonus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead payroll operations for US and Canada across a large employee population.
• Develop and manage a North American payroll team.
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders on payroll and programme progress.
• Support ongoing migration to a global managed payroll solution.
• Collaborate with transformation teams, payroll specialists and external providers to hit milestones.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across payroll processes.
