CloudPay, a leading global payroll partner, is seeking a Project Manager to lead payroll and payments implementations for international clients.

You will work with clients, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams from inception to delivery, owning timelines, risks and success metrics.

This role offers ownership, relationship building, and a fast-paced, international environment.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in software implementation (HR/payroll/fintech).
Experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and PRINCE2; strong communication and stakeholder management.
Professional English; ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; PMP a plus.

Manage full project lifecycle for client implementations from initiation to closure.
Create detailed project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and risk plans.
Act as primary client contact, manage expectations and relationships.
Lead project meetings from kick-off to post-implementation reviews.
Coordinate internal and external resources to hit milestones.
Identify, track, and mitigate issues and risks with escalation to leadership.
Ensure adherence to CloudPay's methodology and quality standards.
Provide regular status reports to clients and stakeholders.
Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
May manage multiple implementations concurrently.
