Papaya Global is seeking a proactive Project Manager for workforce/payments implementations. Lead customer onboarding, develop detailed project plans, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure timely delivery of PapayaEoR and payroll solutions.

The role emphasizes AI-powered workflows, no-code automations, and strong communication with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management and/or Sr. Project Management role.
• Experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Ability to lead multiple customers and projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or no/low-code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of customer onboarding and develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and status reports.
• Create, optimize, and drive schedules and project plans across cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
• Lead customer interactions and act as the point of contact throughout the implementation.
• Run the planning and scheduling of multiple simultaneous customer implementation projects.
• Monitor and measure program/project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
