CloudPay, a leading global payroll partner, is seeking a Project Manager to lead payroll and payments implementations for international clients.

You will work with clients, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams from inception to delivery, owning timelines, risks and success metrics.

This role offers ownership, relationship building, and a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software implementation (HR/payroll/fintech).
• Experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and PRINCE2; strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Professional English; ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; PMP a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full project lifecycle for client implementations from initiation to closure.
• Create detailed project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and risk plans.
• Act as primary client contact, manage expectations and relationships.
• Lead project meetings from kick-off to post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to hit milestones.
• Identify, track, and mitigate issues and risks with escalation to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to CloudPay's methodology and quality standards.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
• May manage multiple implementations concurrently.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for client implementations, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations effectively.
• Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-off calls, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, payroll specialists, and third-party vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as necessary to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards.
• Provide regular and accurate project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Potentially manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.

Experience Needed For This Role

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within software implementation, ideally in the HR, payroll, or financial technology sectors.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Professional English Level Requiered
• Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with global payroll or payments solutions is highly desirable.
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
