Job summary

CloudPay, a global payroll partner, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of our payroll and payments solutions for new and existing clients. This role focuses on driving project execution, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery while coordinating cross‑functional teams across regions.

You'll establish plans, set milestones, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders, potentially handling multiple projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software implementation projects in HR/payroll/FinTech.
• Experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2 methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for client implementations from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, resources and risk strategies.
• Act as primary client contact, fostering relationships and managing expectations.
• Lead project meetings and status updates, including kick-off and post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet milestones.
• Identify, track and resolve issues and risks; escalate when needed.
• Ensure adherence to implementation methodology and quality standards.
• Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvement.
• Possibly manage multiple implementations concurrently.
