Job summary

RWS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Payroll Transformation Programme, driving end‑to‑end delivery across multiple regions. The role requires hands‑on execution, governance, and collaboration with technology, finance, and HR teams to ensure a scalable payroll operating model.

You will own vendor and partner management, data migration, change management, and executive reporting, with a focus on delivering benefits and sustainable controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large payroll/HRIS/finance programmes.
• Strong governance, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing third‑party providers (SaaS, ERP, consultants).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Payroll Transformation Programme.
• Be hands‑on in delivery, including plan updates and issue resolution.
• Re-baseline scope, milestones, budget and success criteria.
• Ensure integrations between payroll, HR, finance and time-tracking systems.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across Technology, Finance, HR and regional ops.
• Oversee configuration, data cleansing, migration and validation.
