Job summary

GM Performance Power Units in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll processing across US & UK, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with our compensation strategy.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and payroll vendors to run bi-weekly, monthly and off-cycle payrolls, perform audits, resolve discrepancies, and support system updates in Dayforce HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR or related field.
• 3+ years payroll experience in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years multi-state payroll and compliance reporting experience.
• 3+ years supporting US payroll operations and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for salaried and hourly employees across US & UK.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state regulations, international pay practices, and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR for deadlines, auditing, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain relationships with payroll vendors and ensure accurate payroll reporting.
