Job summary

HiBob is seeking a Global Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations across multiple regions in a rapidly growing, remote-first environment. You will manage inputs, ensure data accuracy, and drive compliant, efficient payroll processes for a diverse client base.

Ideally you have 2+ years in payroll administration, strong Excel and payroll system proficiency, and excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience processing end-to-end payroll in a bureau or multi-customer environment.
• Proficient with payroll systems and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized and process-driven.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Global Payroll Administration experience is advantageous, especially if that includes the US.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll inputs across multiple regions.
• Manage data integrity across the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Support statutory data preparation and pension processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
