Teams meet 2-4 times yearly in interesting locations worldwide to align on strategy and execution.

We seek an exceptional payroll administrator experienced with outsourced payroll bureaus (US, UK, EU, or other jurisdictions) to manage our end-to-end global payroll and contractor payments. You should have domain expertise in processing payroll across different countries, be reliable, diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving processes.

Location: This role can be office-based in London or remote, reporting to our Global Financial Controller.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
  2. Process payroll/contractor data systematically.
  3. Manage payroll deadlines and monthly tasks.
  4. Prepare payroll reports and provide data to finance.
  5. Maintain GDPR compliance and payroll confidentiality.
  6. Handle payroll queries, resolving or escalating as needed.
  7. Improve systems and processes for seamless HR, Payroll, and Finance integration.
  8. Update payroll policies and document new procedures.
  9. Support projects related to Finance and HR.
  10. Assist with reporting and audit queries for Finance.
  11. Support future payroll expansion projects.
  12. Manage payroll correspondence and act as escalation point.
  13. Build strong cross-functional relationships and with vendors for service and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in payroll roles or working with outsourced payroll bureaus.
  • Excellent communication skills across internal teams and external parties.
  • Strong process, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills, deadline-oriented.
  • Proficiency with software systems and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
