Centric Software, a leader in innovative PLM solutions for retail, fashion, footwear, luxury, and consumer goods industries, is seeking an experienced Global Senior Payroll Analyst to support payroll, accounting, and HR teams.

This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes across EMEA and AMER regions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. The analyst will serve as the system administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, and collaborate with third-party providers to meet statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include overseeing payroll processing, managing tax filings, conducting audits, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with global payroll systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of managing global payroll for organizations with 300+ employees
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView is a plus
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
