Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Senior Global Operations Associate to join the Validation and Settlements team in our London (Moorgate) office. The role supports daily deliverables for our global client base, ensuring timely processing of outbound transactions across ACH, EFT, wires, and domestic/international channels.

Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, you will collaborate with Transaction Services, Validation and Settlements, and Wire Investigations while training teammates and driving process

Qualifications

• Relevant full-time experience in fintech/banks
• Familiar with global payment formats
• Experience with SWIFT and payment processing
• 3+ years in a similar role
• Degree in Business/Finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and senior management with minimal supervision.
• Validate data input and ensure routing requirements are met.
• Participate in settlement of spot and forward orders for client details.
• Oversee beneficiary creation and validation for cross-currency settlements.
• Ensure timely delivery of funds with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal units to improve service and workflow.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners.
• Provide training and support to associates.
• Share ideas for process improvements and MIS reporting.
• Comply with policies and controls; assist adhoc projects.
