Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Senior Global Operations Associate to join the London (Moorgate) team on a permanent basis. You will support daily deliverables for a global client base, focusing on outbound transactions (ACH, EFT, wires).

Qualifications

• Relevant full-time work experience, ideally in fintech, banks or financial services.
• Exposure to global payment formatting requirements (major, minor, exotic markets).
• Experience with SWIFT banking system, payment processing and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and senior management in servicing operations with minimal supervision.
• Validate data input and ensure all information and local routing requirements are met.
• Participate in settlement processes for spot and forward orders across currencies and channels.
• Oversee beneficiary creation and validation for outbound settlements globally.
• Ensure timely funds delivery with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal units to improve service delivery and workflow.
• Maintain banking partner relationships and provide training to associates.
• Provide weekly/monthly MIS and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Adhere to policies, standards, and controls; assist with ad-hoc projects.
