Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Associate Client Services Officer for our London office, within the Alpha Group in Corporate Payments. You will join a cross‑jurisdictional team spanning London and Malta, handling client accounts, overseeing payments and deal‑based transactions, and building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you will participate in team meetings, support end‑to‑end client journeys, and drive improvements while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in client servicing in financial sector preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and numerate.
• Able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participating in team meetings and sharing observations and insights related to servicing.
• Managing end-to-end client journey from deal execution to ongoing account management.
• Ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Ensuring all payments are processed in a timely manner and SLAs are adhered to.
• Managing client accounts across a range of in KYC lifecycle.
• Liaising with internal departments and key stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Maintaining key relationships with Front Office pre and post-sale.
• Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration.
• Participating in projects, ensuring business requirements are understood.
• Assisting the Senior Officers with managing the day-to-day activities of the Client Services Team.
• Providing high-touch Client Service to the Private Markets client book.
