Job summary

Corpay Cross Border in London (Moorgate) is seeking a Global Operations Associate to join our permanent Operations team. You will help ensure funds reach our global clients promptly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality and strong internal relationships, reporting to the Global Head of Operations.

In this role you will work across teams to process foreign exchange transactions, support investigations, and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery and workflow

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech/FX operations or related fields.
• Exposure to global payments is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, plan and schedule with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process Foreign Exchange transactions and related tasks.
• Support investigations and end-of-day audit checks.
• Collaborate with internal units to improve service delivery and workflow.
• Create and review Policies and Procedures.
• Verify client data within tight deadlines.
• Comply with applicable policies, standards and controls.
• Support Ad Hoc projects as needed.
