Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in operations leadership and regulatory-related roles within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of payments products, flows, and core systems used for payments processing and reporting.
• Experience leading regulatory change and operating in a controlled environment.
• Ability to lead through influence with senior stakeholders and strong communication.
• Expertise in delivering tech-driven strategic change at scale.
• Program and execution management capabilities with governance and delivery under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global regulatory reporting organization, including staffing, performance management, and succession planning.
• Own the global operating model, governance forums, procedures, standards, and controls.
• Drive strategic change with Technology, automation, platform modernization, and process simplification.
• Manage regulatory-driven change: interpretation support, planning, and controlled regional execution.
• Strengthen data and controls: identify and remediate data quality issues with clear ownership.
• Ensure exam readiness and RFI responses with audit trails and regulator coordination.
• Partner with business on product and market initiatives affecting regulatory reporting.
