Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Partner Growth Manager to join the Europe Partner Success Team and drive growth strategies for partner businesses. You will influence customer acquisition, retention and order growth, leveraging the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) to optimise ecommerce performance.

You will work with partners’ ecommerce, marketing and technology teams to align growth priorities, translate objectives into initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations that maximise OSP value and

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential; additional European language is desirable.
• Bias to action with ability to design data-driven strategies and secure implementation.
• Stakeholder, relationship-building and networking skills.
• Team player comfortable interacting with Partner teams.
• Self-motivated with ability to deliver to deadlines and multi-task under pressure.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Experience in performance marketing or trading in a direct-to-consumer business; grocery ecommerce is a plus.
• Familiarity with data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver growth strategy for assigned Partners, aiming to improve customer acquisition, retention, order growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with partners' ecommerce, marketing and technology teams and cross-functional Ocado stakeholders to align growth priorities.
• Use partner data, analytics and market insights to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate growth objectives into prioritized initiatives to maximise OSP value and partner outcomes.
• Represent Partner growth and ecommerce requirements in Ocado roadmap governance and feature discovery.
