Job summary

Final Rentals is recruiting a Business Development Executive to expand our global partner network from our Cardiff HQ at Brunel House. You will engage car rental businesses worldwide, onboarding new partners and driving growth.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding, leveraging high-volume outreach and CRM tracking to close partnerships and fuel partner success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales performer with a track record in new business or partner sales.
• Confident communicator in high-volume outreach and cold calling.
• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or similar) to manage activities.
• Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to close.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Bonus: familiarity with vehicle rental, travel tech, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales journey from initial contact to onboarding across global markets.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email campaigns, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Tailor approach to each opportunity to drive partner growth.
• Lead negotiations to form long-term partnerships.
• Maintain detailed records in HubSpot and track pipeline.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams in Cardiff to ensure a smooth launch.
