Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta with full authority over systems, measurement, creative testing, capital allocation, and the team reporting to the CEO.

You will design pause/scale logic, build attribution models, and architect the creative engine as a system, while working remotely from anywhere with time-zone overlap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with ownership of $1M+/month on Google and Meta.
• Proven ability to design budget allocation and measurement systems.
• Experience building or restructuring a performance marketing function.

Responsibilities

• Decide what to launch and where the budget goes across Google and Meta.
• Design and document rules for spend, pause, scale and measurement.
• Build and own end-to-end paid media engine with CEO-level accountability.
• Develop capital allocation models and promo architecture.
