Job summary

Restless: The AI Marketing Company in London is seeking a Performance Manager to own day-to-day delivery and optimisation of paid media and CRM campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo and Mailchimp for a portfolio of ambitious clients.

This client-facing role will turn platform and CRM data into commercial insight, and you will be an early adopter of our in-house AI product suite, shaping tools used by clients every day.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid media and CRM experience across multiple platforms.
• Experience managing budgets of £50k+ per month across accounts.
• Strong analytical capabilities using GA4 or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Launch and optimise email marketing programmes in Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
• Write and edit campaign copy with strong CTAs to drive conversions.
• Lead weekly client calls and contribute to strategy sessions.
• Translate data and AI-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
