FS1 Recruitment is recruiting for a Head of Performance to join a fast-growing, B2B marketing agency client on a permanent basis. The role blends senior client leadership, team management, operational ownership, and strategic direction to drive performance across paid media.

You will lead a team of performance directors and growth marketers, shape go-to-market strategies for enterprise SaaS clients, and ensure best-in-class campaign architecture, measurement, and ROI using AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B paid media and demand generation experience.
• Agency-side leadership and go-to-market strategy experience.
• Proven success with Enterprise SaaS clients and large budgets.
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
• Expertise in campaign architecture, targeting, testing, bidding, and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance function with focus on paid media across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels.
• Set high standards for campaign structure, targeting, testing, bidding and measurement.
• Guide strategic direction for priority accounts, including quarterly business reviews.
• Manage a team of performance directors and growth marketers, providing coaching and development.
• Leverage AI-enabled systems to proactively optimize client outcomes.
