Job summary

Lovable is seeking a hands-on, senior paid marketer to run search and social across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels. You’ll build agents with Lovable to read performance, move budgets, catch issues, and execute changes.

This is an IC role for someone who loves the detail and building the machine, not just operating it. You’ll own end-to-end campaigns, automate day-to-day tasks, and collaborate with creative to scale social with diversified assets, while using DSPs to extend

Qualifications

• 7+ years running paid search and paid social.
• Experience with Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and at least one DSP.
• Automation-focused: reporting, budgeting, optimisation, and data pulls via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Run paid search and paid social end to end across Google, Microsoft, Meta and emerging AI surfaces.
• Automate day-to-day tasks with Lovable agents to pace budgets and flag issues.
• Scale paid social through creative with a steady asset pipeline.
• Use DSPs to extend prospecting and retargeting while maintaining efficiency.
• Build and debug tracking (server-side/CAPI, pixels, cookies, consent) and write incrementality queries.
