Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. The role is autonomous, with direct reporting to the Founder and a path toward Head of Operations as the business scales.

You’ll build systems, manage forecasting across regions, and optimize inventory from UK to US/EU warehouses, while collaborating with jewellery and packaging manufacturers on launches and quality controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheet skills and forecasting
• Day-to-day operations execution: shipments, lead times, 3PLs, logistics schedules
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse systems; ASNs and inventory reconciliation
• Financial literacy: cash flow, inventory carrying costs, spend decisions
• Import/export experience with customs, tariffs, documentation, international logistics
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or e-commerce

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning & Inventory Strategy: forecast stock by category and allocate inventory across UK, EU, US warehouses
• Own Supply Chain & Production Management: manage orders, lead times, and production timelines
• Lead Global Logistics & Warehouse Operations: book shipments, CNs/ASNs, and ensure inventory integrity
• Manage SKU data, barcodes, HS codes, and Shopify data; ensure single source of truth
• Oversee Commercial & Import/Export: routes, tariffs, invoices, and freight spend
• Provide Strategic Input to scale operations with founder leadership
