Job summary

AVASK is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and coordinate multi-office operations across jurisdictions. You will ensure policy adherence, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration between tax, advisory, and accountancy services.

You will drive automation, data analytics and continuous improvement, while monitoring KPIs and risk. The role requires strong Stakeholder engagement and ISO-aligned information security awareness across teams.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree Level in Business/Operations/Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong understanding of tax compliance operations (VAT, EPR, customs, advisory or related services).
• Experience supporting global e-commerce or multi-jurisdictional service delivery environments.
• Proven track record as an Operations Manager or similar in a complex professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective operational leadership and management across AVASK's Group offices.
• Ensure global teams align to AVASK policies, procedures, service standards and performance expectations.
• Develop understanding of AVASK's global tax compliance environment and how services interact.
• Ensure operational processes support end-to-end client journey across jurisdictions and service lines.
• Contribute to improvements in software systems, automation and workflow design.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, quality trends and operational risks.
• Drive process optimisation using automation, AI tools, data analytics and standardised SOPs.
• Coordinate departments and service partners to ensure efficient delivery.
• Manage service levels and client service standards with Service Partners.
• Capture and log non-conformance, risk and opportunity feedback with the Quality Management Officer.
• Monitor industry best practice and technology trends.
• Assist with information security procedures to ISO 27001.
