Job summary

Forvis Mazars LLP is seeking an Audit Technology Support & Implementation Manager to lead daily ATT support, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across ATTs. You will report to the Director of Audit Technology Support and Implementation, drive improvement, and partner with Transformation, IT and Data Analytics for successful adoption.

You will oversee ticketing, escalation, and performance metrics while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

Strong experience in audit support or technology-enabled audits.
Experience managing operational processes or service delivery models.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to coordinate onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day ATT support delivery across ATTs and ensure tickets are managed within SLAs.
Monitor incoming support demand with triage, prioritisation and workload allocation.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate workload across onshore and offshore teams to maximise utilisation.
Collaborate with Assistant Managers to oversee offshore delivery and ensure quality responses.
Track and report support performance metrics and trends to the Director.
