Job summary

HPRExecutive in the United Kingdom seeks an Operations Director to lead manufacturing, engineering and supply chain in a growing ambient food business.

You will own end-to-end operations, drive OTIF, deliver cost improvements, and mentor teams across functions. This strategic, hands-on role reports to the CEO and includes capex oversight, supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Degree in engineering, food manufacturing, supply chain or related discipline.
• Experience with retailer-facing supply chains and co-manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own operations across manufacturing, engineering and supply chain.
• Drive OTIF performance and customer service for retailers.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and working capital performance.
• Implement lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
