Zero Surplus in Watford, Hertfordshire, is recruiting an Operations Co-Ordinator to support end-to-end order fulfilment in a busy international business. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep customers updated and ensure orders move smoothly from enquiry to delivery.

This full-time, office-based role works Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. The salary is £26,000–£29,000 per year, with a generous monthly bonus after probation and a range of benefits designed to

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations administration is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and ability to work with internal/external partners.
• Knowledge of logistics or CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor customer orders and provide accurate updates.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers to arrange transport and inspections.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and in full; resolve issues promptly.
