Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support international onboarding at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater. You will coordinate complex onboarding journeys including vetting, right-to-work, immigration and relocation, acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding or pre-employment screening activities.
• Knowledge of employee vetting processes and right-to-work checks.
• Experience gathering, checking and tracking sensitive candidate documentation.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
