Job summary

Workforce Recruitment Group Limited in Bolton is seeking a Relocation Co-ordinator to manage the relocation process for candidates arriving from overseas, including airport pickup and transport to their new accommodation.

You will ensure candidates are comfortable and well-informed throughout their relocation journey, supporting them through skill tests and interviews, and conducting comprehensive orientations to familiarise them with their new workplace and surroundings.

Qualifications

• Clean, full UK driving licence required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a team.
• Enthusiastic, professional and performance-driven.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible working hours including weekends when needed.
• Ability to speak any languages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relocation for candidates arriving from overseas, including airport pickup and transport to accommodation.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the relocation journey.
• Maintain pre-arrival communications and assist with checklists.
• Support candidates for skill tests and interviews with required resources.
• Conduct orientations to familiarise candidates with the new workplace and surroundings.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during relocation.
