Job summary

Vestas is seeking an experienced Supervisor with strong technical and operational expertise to join our New Site Support team within Global Offshore. You will lead and mentor Site Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring readiness of new offshore service sites and smooth handovers while upholding the OneVestas standard.

You will coordinate planning, training, and resource allocation, including SAP-based workforce and vessel planning, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification, degree or equivalent with offshore wind operations experience.
• Knowledge of V236, V164/V174, or Eventus platforms and ability to guide operations.
• Experience in international wind energy/offshore service organisations.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Fluent English with excellent communication.
• Eligible for global work visas with travel.

Responsibilities

• Support service readiness up to 12 months before site handover.
• Coach site Supervisors and Technicians; promote OneVestas.
• Plan and execute turbine recoveries, repairs, campaigns, inspections, upgrades.
• Coordinate resources through SAP (personnel, tools, vessel planning).
• Deliver onboarding and training for new supervisors and teams.
• Act as operational partner to Service Managers; drive improvements.
