Job summary

Parkside Recruitment presents an Ocean Freight Export Operator role based in Manchester. You will work with the Manchester Export team to meet customer requirements and complete documents timely, upholding compliant processes that strengthen customer relationships.

Key duties include managing end-to-end OFR export for designated customers, communicating with clients, and supporting profitability, volume growth and service quality while ensuring adherence to codes of conduct and regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven exports experience with knowledge of Customer Service and Ocean Freight processes.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.
• Ability to lead a team to meet KPI targets.
• Detail-oriented with good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service through the 10 Customer Commitments.
• Manage end-to-end OFR export for designated customers.
• Communicate with customers to meet requirements.
• Maintain operational data and perform financial reviews.
• Support profitability, volume growth and service quality objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and service providers.
• Support Sales in interactions with key customers.
• Ensure compliance with country requirements and conduct codes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
