Start Network is seeking a Network Impact and Learning Advisor to lead evidence, impact measurement, research and learning across our hubs and wider network-development work.

You will help us understand what these networks are achieving, how change happens and where we need to adapt. You will collaborate with hub teams to translate findings into practice and inform strategy and resource allocation across the network.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience in impact measurement, MEAL, applied research or evaluation.

Aufgaben

• Lead hub impact measurement: implement and strengthen our Hub Impact Measurement Framework, combining practical monitoring with qualitative and systems-change approaches.
• Generate credible, useful evidence: design, conduct and commission research and evaluations, drawing out patterns and differences across contexts.
• Support locally owned learning: work alongside hubs to develop approaches that reflect their priorities, respect their knowledge and avoid unnecessary reporting burdens.
• Turn learning into action: facilitate peer exchange and collective reflection, helping evidence inform strategy, practice and resource allocation.
