Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Change Influencer Network Manager for the Enterprise Transformation Programme. The role focuses on establishing and enabling a Change Influencer Network across markets to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained new ways of working alongside Change, Engagement, Communications and Training teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify suitable change influencers, onboard them, and sustain the network with tools and guidance to support long-term behavioural adoption

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications or employee engagement within transformation programmes.
• Experience coordinating engagement networks, ambassador programmes, or influencer networks in large organisations.
• Strong understanding of organisational change and behavioural adoption in transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Change Influencer Network across markets, functions and programme workstreams.
• Define and implement Change Influencer Network approach, engagement models and governance.
