Job summary

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Global Impact Director & Knowledge Management to lead MEL and TOC work across the network. The role drives a shared impact narrative, guiding data standards, indicators, and learning practices to strengthen program outcomes.

You will collaborate with leadership and country offices to align activities with the global MEL framework, ensuring funders and partners understand our collective impact and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and refining a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework.
• Ability to translate Theory of Change (TOC) into measurable outcomes and learning practices.
• Proven capacity to work with multi-country programs and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the implementation of the global MEL framework across the network.
• Refining and updating impact indicators and data standards for collection and reporting.
• Co-lead the annual Global Impact Report project with communications team.
• Support country offices and programs to align with the global MEL framework.
