Job summary

In Kind Direct, based in London Bridge with hybrid working, seeks a proactive manager to translate network needs into actionable insights. You will own network engagement, run surveys and CRM-enabled analyses, and help shape strategy and communications for our charity network.

You will lead on insights, support collaboration with the VCSE sector, and manage the Charity Network Coordinator while advancing the organisation’s impact goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the VCSE sector and current challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects and budgets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage membership information and generate insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, surveys and data analysis tools to generate insights.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the network in planning, evaluations and decision-making.
• Lead network insight gathering, data analysis and visualisation, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Improve the customer journey for network partners from registration to fulfilment.
• Develop strategies to increase network engagement through visits, webinars and spokesperson activities.
• Line manage the Charity Network Coordinator.
