Job summary

Rotork is establishing a new global Master Data Management function to support our ERP transformation and enhance data quality across the business. We're seeking an experienced MDM Lead - Customer & Supplier to drive governance, standards and continuous improvement of customer and supplier master data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance.
• Strong understanding of customer and supplier master data within ERP environments.
• Experience developing data governance frameworks and standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with outsourced data service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and continuous improvement of customer and supplier master data.
• Develop and embed MDM processes, standards and best practices across the business.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement data quality and process improvements.
• Manage relationships and performance of third-party data service providers, ensuring SLAs are achieved.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics, driving improvements where required.
• Create and maintain MDM documentation, procedures and training materials.
• Support business transformation projects with MDM expertise.
• Provide leadership and line management to MDM Analyst(s).
