Job summary

Rotork is seeking an MDM Analyst to join the Customer & Supplier master data team on a fixed-term contract until December 2027. The role involves ensuring data accuracy across global systems, coordinating with an offshore partner, and driving data quality improvements.

You will work with stakeholders and process owners to establish best practices, support adoption of new ways of working, and train new requesters and approvers in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for offshore master data maintenance team.
• Coordinate and manage Customer and Supplier data requests while ensuring governance and SLAs.
• Review and triage data requests with guidance on actions to take.
• Support data quality initiatives through validation and cleansing activities.
• Investigate and resolve master data issues with stakeholders.
• Train and onboard new master data requesters and approvers.
• Contribute to documentation of MDM processes, standards, and controls.
