Job summary

Rotork is a market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company seeking a senior procurement professional to own the direct materials category globally. You will shape strategy, drive supplier excellence, and lead regional projects to strengthen resilience and performance.

You will report to the Global Head of Category Management, lead negotiations, manage supplier relationships worldwide, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance to ensure supply continuity

Qualifications

8+ years in procurement or category management within direct materials.
Experience leading global and regional sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
Strong commercial acumen, contract management expertise, and analytical capability.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Ability to balance strategic (global) and operational (regional) priorities.
Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems; strong Excel/analytics skills.

Responsibilities

Lead global ownership of direct materials subcategory and define the 3-year category roadmap.
Drive supplier strategy, risk management, and cost/value optimization across regions.
Manage strategic supplier relationships worldwide and deliver regional projects for resilience and performance.
Execute sourcing strategy — RFx, long-term agreements, cost models, and TCO improvements.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance to ensure supply continuity and qualification.
