Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in London is seeking a Sales & Client Support Analyst to manage the full post-trade lifecycle for Global Markets transactions and provide dedicated support to the LN Sales Team.

You will ensure accurate system representations, meet regulatory reporting obligations and collaborate with Front Office/Sales across Dubai, London, Paris and Milan to strengthen client service and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Communication with a variety of stakeholders and teams across locations.
• Detailed understanding of trade processes, post-trade events and controls.
• Familiarity with Securities and Derivatives products and client expectations.
• Proficiency with Front Office/Operations platforms and MS Office.
• Ability to identify, analyse and resolve issues and mitigate operational risk.
• Autonomy and resilience to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to challenge processes and contribute to improvements.
• Strong time management and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct support for the London Sales Team, ensuring accurate GM transaction data.
• Regulatory reporting obligations for all transactions.
• Develop relationships with Sales teams to grow trade and client pipeline.
• Cross-training across asset classes to cover all operational needs.
• Manage the complete post-trade lifecycle from pre-matching to settlement.
• Collaborate with Front Office/Sales in Dubai, London, Paris and Milan.
• Respond to requests from Risk, Compliance, Audit, Tech and other Natixis departments.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues and reinforce internal controls.
• Maintain understanding of the full trade lifecycle across products.
• Support onboarding of new business lines via governance processes.
