Job summary

Natixis NY Branch, London-based, seeks a dedicated Trade Support professional to provide hands-on assistance to the London Sales Team and manage post-trade lifecycle across securities and derivatives. You will work closely with regional desks to ensure accurate trade representation and robust controls.

The role requires strong communication, process proficiency, and a solid understanding of trade lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with stakeholders and teams across locations.
• Strong understanding of trade processes and post-trade controls.
• Knowledge of securities and derivatives products an asset.
• Familiarity with front-office/operations platforms and MS Office.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues while maintaining controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support for London Sales Team: provide dedicated hands-on support with accurate system representation of GM originated transactions.
• Regulatory Reporting & Obligations: fulfill regulatory reporting for all transactions.
• Develop robust relationships with relevant Sales Teams to grow business and client awareness.
• Cross-Training and Team Coverage: participate in cross-training across asset classes to cover operations.
• Client Relationship Management: address transaction-level queries and ensure high service quality.
• Inter-Desk Collaboration: collaborate with Front Office/Sales desks in Dubai, London, Paris and Milan and Operations teams.
• Cross-Departmental Communication: respond to requests from Risk, Compliance, Audit, Tech, etc.
• Post-Trade (T+1) Lifecycle Management: manage the complete post-trade lifecycle from pre-matching to settlement.
• Problem Solving and Risk Mitigation: solve issues and reinforce controls to reduce operational risk.
• Product & Process Understanding: maintain understanding of trade lifecycle across products and client expectations.
• New Business Support: support onboarding of new transactions via internal governance.
