Job summary

Natixis in London seeks a Sales & Client Support Associate to manage post-trade lifecycle, regulatory reporting, and client relationships within Global Markets. The role emphasizes cross-training across asset classes and collaboration with Dubai, London, Paris and Milan desks.

You will support the Sales Team, ensure accurate system representation of transactions, and respond to internal and client requests while upholding risk controls and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Fixed Income and derivatives products.
• Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
• Strong knowledge of trade processes and lifecycle management.
• Ability to challenge and improve processes and systems.
• Islamic Finance knowledge preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the London Sales Team and ensure accurate system representation of GM-originated transactions.
• Fulfil regulatory reporting obligations for all transactions.
• Develop relationships with Sales Teams to support business growth and client pipeline.
• Participate in cross-training to cover all client support operational needs.
• Manage post-trade lifecycle from pre-matching to settlement and mitigate operational risk.
