Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Director, Market Strategy and Development to lead global go-to-market and market activation for PSG's CDMO portfolio. You will drive demand generation, commercial enablement, and thought leadership across pharmaceutical and biotech markets.

Fully remote from the UK with up to 25% travel, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead a global team and partner with B D, Ops, and BU leaders to accelerate revenue growth and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences.
• 10+ years CDMO leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies aligned with PSG priorities.
• Lead integrated market activation plans to accelerate pipeline and customer engagement.
• Drive demand generation programs and multi-channel campaigns to support growth.
• Deliver commercial tools and messaging to enable sales throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead thought leadership and industry engagement initiatives.
