Hyper Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Global Sales Director for a leading life sciences process engineering provider. The role focuses on growing the pharmaceutical division with EPC projects, process systems, and hygienic liquid processing equipment.

Primarily covering the UK, Ireland and USA with travel opportunities, you will shape sales strategy, drive revenue, recruit and lead a global team, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical process equipment and EPC project sector.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide global sales leadership for the pharmaceutical sector with a target of £23m+ revenue per year.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan including market segmentation, forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead a global sales team and build long-term client relationships, representing the company at international events.
